BazarPrice is a country-aware marketplace and price-comparison service that helps buyers find products and shops and helps sellers publish shop and listing information.

BazarPrice is operated by MARKHOR GAMES (SMC-PRIVATE) LIMITED. The current market is Pakistan. Public support: [email protected].

Depending on how you use the service, BazarPrice may receive:

• your name, primary email address, password-derived security data, and verification state;
• account role, status, multi-factor authentication, and recovery state;
• seller registration or business country and seller contact information; and
• seller nationality, international phone, government ID type and number, legal-capacity declaration, and private identity document images when seller access is requested;
• shop names, countries, addresses, coordinates, phone numbers, focal contacts, listings, and prices.

Information you publish as a seller may be visible publicly. Account security and recovery information is not intended to be public.

If you use Google sign-in, BazarPrice may receive the provider’s stable account identifier, name, email address, and email-verification state through the configured OpenID, email, and profile scopes. BazarPrice does not request Gmail, Drive, Contacts, or Calendar access.

If you use Apple sign-in, BazarPrice may receive Apple’s stable subject identifier and the name or email Apple provides, including a private-relay email address where applicable. BazarPrice does not receive your Google or Apple password. Provider identities are kept distinct and the provider’s authentication material is handled as protected security data.

You can choose a country or location manually. If you use a nearby-location feature and grant browser permission, your coordinates may be sent to BazarPrice, resolved into a canonical area, and used to sort nearby results. The configured backend geocoding service may include OpenStreetMap Nominatim. Location data may contribute to saved geography and is not necessarily only transient. You can decline permission and use manual selection.

Seller-provided shop coordinates may also be stored and displayed as marketplace data.

Shop and listing information that sellers choose to publish—such as shop name, address, contact details, coordinates, product details, and prices—may be visible to site visitors. A seller’s primary account email is separate from the public shop information unless the seller chooses to publish it as a shop contact.

BazarPrice may process session and security identifiers, IP address, request metadata, browser or device information, and security or audit events to operate and protect the service. Authentication uses protected session cookies; bearer tokens are not stored in browser localStorage by the current web application.

The web application uses localStorage for buyer preferences such as country, search or location choices, cart contents, and interface state. These are distinct from cookies and may remain until cleared by the user or application behavior. The application should not be understood as using localStorage as the account authentication store.

• to create accounts, maintain sessions, and complete email or social authentication;
• to publish and display marketplace content and provide location-aware discovery;
• to review sellers, shops, listings, and platform activity;
• to send transactional verification, security, and account messages;
• to prevent abuse, investigate security events, and maintain reliability; and
• to meet legal, compliance, and dispute-handling needs.

BazarPrice may share information with service providers that support hosting, database operation, email delivery, social authentication, security, and geocoding. Public seller and shop content is shared with site visitors as part of the service. BazarPrice does not currently sell personal information for monetary consideration, but it is not accurate to promise that information will never be shared; providers may process it to perform their services and may have separate terms.

BazarPrice retains information for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here, including account operation, marketplace continuity, security, dispute handling, and legal obligations. Identity records and images are restricted to seller verification staff and are deleted during account deletion unless an approved legal-retention requirement applies. Fixed identity-retention periods require owner approval.

You can choose manual location, decline browser location permission, manage your Google or Apple account through the relevant provider, and update information through supported account or seller workflows. Authenticated users can request deletion from Account settings; the action requires recent step-up authentication and confirmation.

Apple authorization is revoked before account deletion where a revocable Apple token is available. Depending on your location, you may also have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing; those rights and response requirements depend on applicable law.

BazarPrice uses session protections, password hashing, verification and security controls, and restricted handling of provider credentials. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, so please protect your account credentials and report suspected misuse.

BazarPrice and its service providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live. Available safeguards and transfer requirements depend on the providers used and applicable law.

BazarPrice has not yet published a formal minimum-age policy. The owner should approve an age rule and any required child-privacy wording before public launch. Do not use the service where doing so would violate applicable age or child-protection law.

BazarPrice may update this policy as the service, providers, or legal requirements change. Material changes should be communicated through an appropriate notice, and the effective date above will be updated.
