Terms of Service

BazarPrice helps people discover products, compare prices, and find shops by country and location. It generally connects buyers with independent sellers and does not own or hold the inventory shown in seller listings.

You are responsible for providing accurate account information and protecting access to your account. You may register with email and password or use supported Google or Apple sign-in. Social sign-in authenticates you through the selected provider; BazarPrice does not receive your provider password.

Do not impersonate another person or use an account you are not authorized to use.

Sellers are responsible for the accuracy, legality, availability, pricing, descriptions, images, contact details, and fulfillment of their shops and listings. Seller registration country and shop country may be different, and the seller must keep both accurate.

Seller onboarding may require nationality, international phone, government identity type/number, private identity images, a public contact email, and a legal-capacity declaration. Identity material is private, access-controlled, encrypted where stored as data, and required approval must be completed before seller access.

Sellers retain ownership of content they submit but grant BazarPrice permission to host, display, format, and promote that content as needed to operate the service.

Prices, stock, shop details, and delivery or warranty information can change. Buyers should verify important details directly with the seller before purchasing. BazarPrice does not promise that a listing is the lowest price, available, authentic, or suitable, and the “Best Price, Every Time” phrase is branding rather than a contractual guarantee.

Unless a later feature expressly says otherwise, BazarPrice does not take title to goods, provide delivery, operate escrow, process the sale, or provide the seller’s warranties.

You may choose a country or location manually. If you permit browser location access, coordinates may be sent to BazarPrice to resolve a nearby area and sort relevant results. Sellers may also provide shop coordinates. Location results are approximate and should not be treated as a guarantee of distance or availability.

You must not use BazarPrice to:

• commit fraud, impersonate others, or submit misleading or unlawful listings;
• infringe intellectual-property, privacy, or other rights;
• introduce malware, probe or attack systems, or bypass access controls; or
• scrape, overload, or automate access in a way that abuses or harms the service.

BazarPrice, its branding, software, and service materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except for the limited use needed to access the service, no rights are granted without permission. You must have the rights needed for content you submit.

BazarPrice may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, abuse, or protection of users and the service. You may stop using the service at any time. Some information or records may remain where required for security, dispute handling, or legal obligations.

You may request account deletion from authenticated Account settings after recent step-up authentication. Apple authorization is revoked before deletion when possible; order records may be retained in anonymized form where required.

The service and marketplace information are provided on an as-available basis. BazarPrice does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or complete operation, and does not guarantee seller conduct, listing accuracy, product quality, delivery, or warranties.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BazarPrice will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit losses arising from use of the service. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. No monetary liability cap is stated because that provision requires owner and legal review.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you may be responsible for claims and losses arising from your unlawful use of the service, your account, or content you submit. The scope of any indemnity is subject to applicable law and owner legal review.

Google, Apple, hosting, email-delivery, and geocoding providers may support parts of the service. Those providers have their own terms and privacy practices. BazarPrice does not endorse or control third-party services and is not responsible for their availability or acts.

BazarPrice may update these terms as the service changes. Material changes should be communicated through an appropriate notice, and the effective date above will be updated.
